whats a Good Cheap monitor

Solution
AOC offer affordability and quality, I would look into their selection of products.

For gaming, I would also look into IPS (if you can find one within budget) screens over TN panels, though they are slower, they offer a much better viewing experience.

This is a very good monitor with their WLED technology, offering a better viewing experience over the BenQ; It does have it's extra cost, but worth it.

Yea, BenQ are a reliable brand generally speaking, that monitor is very good for that price in my opinion.

The main plus points are:
Resolution (1920x1080)
Refresh Rate (2ms)
HDMI, DVI-D, and RGB connections
and it's energy efficient
