What should i prefer 2 gb ddr3 or 1 gb ddr5 on graphic card, i have samsung monitor resolution 1366*768.please help

usable for high resolutions 1080p, 1440 and 4k,

memory type speed is for the process time to render the graphics.

Well, for that resolution, 1GB GDDR5 should fare better. GDDR3 is now old technology and used only in entry level graphics cards. Still, there is a lot more to consider than just the memory, I advise you to compare whatever cards you are considering by their benchmarks. It would be ideal if you could find benchmarks for the exact applications you intend to use the most.
