Why are you selling it?

Retail price is about $1600 or so, so reasonably you should get $1200 if everything is in good condition.

I'm trying to upgrade.

Really? $1200.. I spend $1630.. Everything is still brand new have receipt and boxes for everything. also comes with a genuine copy of Windows 8.1 :)  which cost me $100..

Usually because once its opened/used there goes at least 20%. Another problem you'll have is finding someone to take all of it. If you part it out it will go fast, but you'll more then likely end up with parts that don't sell. Such as a board or lower end PSU that no one wanted. There is also a risk from buying from a person because even with an online rep we don't know for sure you'll carry though. I have perfect heatware and ebay, and I'm a mod on the site. But I've seen seemingly good people pull off a "big" scam like this with good references before. Happens all the time. Because of this you'll never get full price. If someone wanted to spend full price they'd buy from a real store, with safeguards and return, etc. $1000-1200. Anything higher and it will take to long to find a buyer.

Then return it to where you bought it and pick out a new build :)

As 4745454b said, once you open/use it you lose around 20% of the value because its now "used". Doesn't matter if it was only powered on for 5 seconds or 5 days, used is used and that will affect the value.

FS/FT forums on sites such as this. We said AT LEAST 20% lower. From the used prices I've seen online, 1200 is about as good as you'll get.

The biggest problem with selling a whole unit online is waiting for find someone who wants that exact setup. The lower the price, the easier it is to find someone willing to take the whole thing. Good luck.
