Is my computer good enough to run Watch Dogs Medium-High?

The 640 is pretty low for a game like Watch Dogs, and a good deal less powerful than what a PS4 or XBox One can handle. As much as I hate to say it, you'll have a better experience on a console. Unless you want to upgrade your graphics card, as your CPU is more than capable

No problem I would love to get you into higher-end hardware, but I know that's sometimes not doable, and I wouldn't want your experience to suffer.
I would love to get you into higher-end hardware, but I know that's sometimes not doable, and I wouldn't want your experience to suffer.Yeah like said above this is true your gpu probably wouldn't play it at medium or high but the money you spend on a console could just as easy be spent on a graphics card that could play the game at ultra if wanted I imagine you looking at £300 or $400 for a console if you bought a card for that price you looking at a card that can play the game on ultra at around 35-50 fps compared to the console in which at max at the moment plays a 30fps at 900p resolution I believe. Tbh this is a matter of preference you talking to a guy who bought and xbox one just for the new ea ufc game lol
