Apparently it didn't save my issue -
I have a Samsung ML-2851nd printer connected to a home-built PC running XP SP3. This printer has the optional 250 page secondary tray attached. In tray 1 (printer primary) I have standard letter paper. In the additional tray 2 legal paper. No matter what I try, this printer wont print from the add-on tray. I have newer Samsung printers in our fleet set up with the same secondary tray, and with the built in software, you can "hard-wire" it to know exactly what paper you have in each tray, and it prints accordingly. In the case of the printer I am having issues with, you can't do this with the built in software. Even if I try to use the manual feed tray, it doubles up, pulling the legal page from the manual feed, and a letter sized paper from tray 1. Anyone have any suggestions?
