Hello! What is the best video card with a GeForce GTX 760 chipset that gives the most bang for the money? The performance, noise, temperature and price of the video card is important for me. The overclocking capability of the video card is useless for me, since I will not overclock. 2GB of GDDR5 graphics memory is good. Thank you.

I like the Asus cooler for the best compromise of noise to temperature. The Asus DCUII coolers tend to be the quietest in tests that i have seen.

EVGA has a very good model, but it is clocked a bit lower then the MSI one.
Both are very good and you can't go wrong with either ASUS, MSI, EVGA or Gigabyte.
I would chose MSI ATM because it offers good cooling, nice clock speeds and low noise levels.

Both of those are good options... Assuming he means the evga ACX cooler... Personally I'd get the MSI Gaming.

Its cool/quiet and cheaper than the other two.

The video cards mentioned are from EVGA, Asus, and MSI. Is there a winner among these video cards?

EVGA: Best quality, customer support, great ACX cooler, and in box goodies (free backplate for my 760)
ASUS: Best cooler, runs cooler than almost all the other cards (Better OC)
MSI: Fastest out of box speed.

If you plan to OC get EVGA or ASUS. If you dont MSI.
