Your motherboard can handle whatever PSU, even 1500W, the "Wattage" doesn't matter for motherboard but for GPU.
I would recommend you better PSU than that "TR2"

With this PSU you can run better GPU than 750ti later (if you buy).
For memory you should be able to put 16GB (4x4GB) into your motherboard but 6GB perfectly fine for your needs :)


You can run GTX-750ti with 300W PSU but we need to know your PSU specs, after research I found that your PC has 300W PSU but could you provide us info from PSU sticker?

ok i found out its a 220 -240 v PS but i cant find the W on it it says this total power will not exceed 300 w at 25 c
and total power will not exceed 270 w at 50 c

So my motherboard will handle a 300 + PSU ?

i know im a been a pain but do you know what the max my motherboard can handle in Memory i have 6 gigs in there now and i have one slot open still .
