so i just put together my new build, and hopefully everything is connected correctly... but what comes next in order to ensure everything runs smoothly?

Build:
asus z87-a motherboard
i7 4770k intel processor
650w s12g gold 80+ seasonic psu
gigabyte nvidia gtx 780 OC version GPU
Samsung evo 250 gb SSD
noctua nh-d14 cpu cooler
g.skill 2x( 8 gb) sniper RAM = 16 gb (2400)

booting from bootable usb to install win7 from it?
bios setup?
Running the motherboard cd?
Running the SSD install cd?

Is there an order in which i need to perform these tasks? How can i do all these as well as installing win7 to this brand new ssd and computer system ?

Also, in order to use these (2400) ram sticks, i would need to turn on xmp in the bios right?
And, in order for the computer to recognize a SSD drive and actually install windows on it, i would need to set the ssd drive to a certain mode in order for the system to recognize it right? (think i read about this somewhere)

Lastly, once everything is setup and installed, how do i go about Overclocking the CPU? and should i even bother overclocking the GPU? (since this is a Overclocakble version of gtx 78)

thanks in advance,
