my specifications on my PC
Motherboard - GIGABYTE MA785GMT-UD2H
Processor - AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black edition (3.4ghz)
RAM - 2x 4gb(8gb) DDR3 PNY 1333mhz
Power Supply - 520watt
Graphics Card - AMD Radeon HD R6670 XFX Core Edition 2gb DDR3

I'm wanting to upgrade my graphics card soon (in about 2 months) and im trying to figure out what card would be best for me.
Here's my current cards i have now. HD6670 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150587

I'm thinking about upgrading to this card. R7 260x - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202081

I also thought about upgrading to the HD7770 or HD7850, but they are a little out of my price range. Im on a budget of 130$

I plays games like Skyrim (with mods on it), Tera Rising Online, Dark Souls, Diablo 3, DayZ. Im wanting to beable to play all my games and upcoming games on fairly high settings and get a good frame rate on them and be able to play them at 1080p.

Do you think the upgrade from the HD6670 to R7 260x would be worth it? or is there anyother good cards that would be in my budget? (wanting to stay with AMD)

Thank you :)

The 260x is your best bet at $120. It'll be a pretty good upgrade from a 6670. The 260x is essentially a slightly cranked up 7790. You'll get High in DayZ around 40 FPS or so, and that's the hardest game on that list (depending on how many mods Skyrim has lol)

The 260x also comes with the 2 free games bundle, which is a nice bonus :)

Some 7770s are needlessly expensive, but id like you to find a 7850 for <$130..ive never seen one.
