I have an intel i5 4670k and an r9 290, and want to watercool them both. What would you suggest for the best watercooling setup? Cheaper is better. :D

Solution
XSPC double 120mm radiators, XSPC raystorm CPU block, XSPC Razor GPU block, some form of D3 pump, possibly with a reservoir combo.
These are good mid ranged options, certainly not the best or most expensive but suitable for all but the most demanding overclockers.

Which country are you buying in, what case do you have and what is your budget?

My budget is basically as cheap as possible, but a good water loop, so whatever you think is efficient for the value. I have a corsair obsidian 350d windowed case

If you are after cheap Watercooling, what I did was buy most of it second hand from a website such as ebay, things like RES, Rad and waterblocks should be fine and maybe pump. just make sure you read descriptions carefully. things like connections, pipes and extras are best new so your sure theres no problems. i managed to buy all mine for around £170 excluding GPU block, but i have 2 reservoirs and a 360mm Rad.
