i have been worried about the temps of my cpu for about a week now usually my idle temp is around 30 and load 50 however lately my cpu at idle has been around 50 and at times hitting the 60's,

My case itself has good airflow with multiple fans i have however noticed that my psu fan doesn't seem to be spinning but it hasn't impacted the rest of my components temps.

Can anyone suggest something?

Here is a copy n paste of Speccy at the time of writing this

Operating System : Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit SP1
CPU : AMD A10-5800K 51 °C
RAM : 8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 1064MHz (11-11-11-30)
Motherboard : Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. F2A85X-UP4 (P0) 23 °C
Graphics : 2048MB ATI AMD Radeon R7 200 Series 29 °C
Storage : 931GB Seagate ST1000DM SATA Disk Device (SATA) 25 °C

Solution
Could be warmer ambient temps, dusty heat sink, thermal grease dried up, ect. Your PSU fan dying is a very bad thing as well, especially if it normally exhausts out of the case.

Also make sure you are not reading an erroneous temperature.
