I currently have:
CPU: AMD FX-8120 OC'd to 4Gz (H100 Watercooled 4 Fans)
MoBo: ASRock 970 Extreme3
GPU: HIS IceQ Turbo Radeon HD 7850
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (1 Stick)
PSU: Thermaltake Smart 550w Bronze
HDD: 1TB WD Blue 7200 RPM 64 MB Cache, 2 TB WD Elements Portable HDD
Case: In Win Mana 134 (Doesn't fit H100 nicely, 2 rad fans mounted outside)
Cooling: 7 Case Fans including 4 Radiator Fans

I want to improve my FPS in games and pc performance on multitasking.. Im currently playing with 1680x1050, gonna change my resolution soon to 1920x1080.. Also im planning to change my case on summer, what case would you suggest that can fit H100 Push-Pull under 100$ (Separate Upgrade)?

Dual channel memory would help a lot, as would an SSD. Those should be your #1 and #2 priority upgrades. You can easily do both for under $150.

Your CPU overclocking is limited by your exceptionally sucky motherboard, so I would change that when you change your case, since you will be pulling everything apart anyway. I'm currently a big fan of the HAF XB, as far as cases go, and can fit up to 280mm radiators.

Thanks for the response.. I dont do extreme overclocking, 4Ghz is enough for me. My video card has 2 gb vram..
I think ill be getting SSD first then another 8gb 1866 memory
What SSD Brands are good for 120-240gb? What about seagate sshd? Will there be a great improvement on the performance?
I like the new NZXT Phantom 240, but i dont know if it can fit H100..
