I just bought a Nvidia Geforce GTX 660 signature 2. It runs every game on high no problem but cant keep steady frames in bf4

My PC specs are as follows:

CPU: AMD A10-6800k 4.2 GHz (quad core)

Memory: 8 GB of RAM

PSU: 450W

GPU: GTX 660 signature 2
I have fans installed too and it runs at 65 C while playing any game. My friend has an Intel i5 and a GTX 650 running on a 600W PSU and he can run bf4 on medium settings with 80-110 frames and never drops below 60.

I'm playing at the lowest setting with everything either low or off. The resolution I'm playing at is the lowest there is, I thinks its 1024x720 or something like that. But I don't understand why its running at low frames if the cpu is a quad core running at 4.1 GHz?

Yeah it is the actual 660 I got. I dont know what else it could be I looked all over the internet . Should I have uninstalled the integrated graphics before installing the 660? Ugh stressful

Yes I downloaded the latest catalyst thing from AMDs website and clicked uninstall everything AMD related, unless that's not how you do it.

@razerZ I checked and it did it by itself so it is set to use pci

Sorry to waste your guys time but I put a lot of money into this and its not what I expected

It's not only about the money, it's about the inability to play... Playing is very important, not just a matter of money :D
You might want to get something that tells you how loaded the CPU and GPU are, I mean, like GPU-Z, so that tou might know where the bottleneck is...

Just to make sure, did you also install the nvidia drivers, right? From nVidias site, NOT ge-force experience (from what I heard, that site is terrible)
