I just finished building the PC when on the first start there was no Image displayed on the monitor.
Monitor was connected via HDMI to the graphicscard, air cooling was running all right, coolers of GPU also running correctly. System is running seemingly in complete fashion - nearly.
I am using the AsRock Extreme4 motherboard, the DrDebug-LED showed the code d6 - 'The VGA could not be recognized. Please clear CMOS and try re-installing the VGA card. If the problem still exists, please try installing the VGA card in other slots or use other VGA cards.' (official description).

- Reseated the jumper from 1-2 to 2-3 and back to 1-2 while having turned on only the PSU.
- Reseated the Graphicscard also, still no change from the d6.
- Put out the battery, waited for some time, still no change.

Some ppl said to update my bios, but seemingly there is no way to do so without having an output on the monitor.

I am unable to find a solution to this type of d6-Error and therefore I am asking this in here.
I know that there are threads explaining this Problem already, but never was there a solution and never has it been a First-Boot-System.

I'd love to have some ideas what to do to get this problem solves, thanks in advance.
