How to replace NZXT Source 210 audio jack/usb ports?

So my headphones jack on my case has stopped working, when i plug in my headphones all the way, only one side of them works, and if i leave it halfway in, both work but it sounds weird. I have a replacement of that part that has the jacks and usb ports, but idk how to replace it and there is no help online. Im not sure where i have to try to pry or pull out the part or what really to do or even start. Its an NZXT Source 210 case (not the elite version). It looks just like this:

Any help on how to replace this or even just how to fix the headphone jack problem?

My earphones do work with other devices, its just the stupid front audio jack that got messed up. Ill probably try replacing it this weekend, im sure with enough time ill see a way to remove and replace it. I dont really need a sound card, and i also want to keep using the front of the case to plug in my headphones instead of having to struggle to plug them into the back of the case where the sound card jacks are.
