I'm buying a new Asus laptop but i'm not clear on all things related to graphics and display and i would really appreciate an explanation of what i should be considering.
I won't be using the laptop for serious gaming but since for the next year i won't have a TV around i will be using the laptop for movies etc and i would like to enjoy them in good quality.
I'm considering this laptop since i figured a 17.3 inch and 1600 x 900 resolution would be better for movies.

Is this 1600 x 900 resolution really better?
Is the Intel GMA HD graphics good enough or should i go for a dedicated graphic card?
