Hey, I have a MSI FM2-A55M-E35 uATX motherboard and i want to buy a GTX 660 graphics card, The problem is the sata ports are directly beneath there and the cables would stop the graphics card from fitting, I've seen people saying to use right angled Sata cables but instead could i use a 16x to 16x riser cable and would this affect the performance at all? As i will be using it for gaming Thanks in advance

I feel your pain. Ok well, the riser can work, and shouldn't cause any performance loss.

Well i just didn't have the money at the time to build a decent computer.. So now rather than me just save up money to re do it i'm trying to find a work around, I realise it was a mistake buying that board.

Yes i know it would be cheaper i'm just worried that the card might still have a problem sitting right cause of the Sata cables, Where as a riser i know that it will not be in the way of the cables, I was looking at this cable; http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/PCI-Express-16x-To-16x-Powered-PCI-E-Riser-Cable-Adapter-Extension-UK-STOCK-/251524050889?pt=UK_Computing_CablesConnectors_RL&hash=item3a90006fc9 is this the right cable i should be buying? And will this defiantly fix my issue?
