Iv been dealing with this problem for sometime now (2-3Months). I would start a game, then it would freeze/not respond, then my entire windows would freeze forcing me to power down from the front of the computer.
Iv had this problem before when i was using my old graphics card (GTX 295). During that time I could play for 2-4 hours then it well sometimes freeze from overheating. But now my old card took a crap, so I went to purchase another card (GTX 750 Ti FTW). When I installed the new card it was much worse. I am able to run my OS, go on the internet, but when I load any type of games, it would freeze and shut down.
So what i thought was maybe its my OS or something because iv updated all my drivers. So what I did I upgraded from Windows Vista 64 to Windows 8. I did a clean install. Updated all my drivers and only installed 1 game. I started the game and it did the same thing. This time since I am on Windows 8, when it starts to freeze I get the BSOD, Watchdog.
Im all out of options and ideas, Iv looked everywhere trying to figure this out...But it seems that my Card is not responding well with my computer. Can anyone out there shed some light on this.
