Help moving photos between eFrames

At my mom's work, she has an electronic picture frame which is rapidly losing picture quality. She has now bought a new one, but has no way to transfer the photos from one to the other.

Old one: Aluratek 20" 110928
New one: Aluratek 19"

the easiest way copy the old eframes picture on a computer with the usb cable then copy them back to the new eframes .

I can't, the old one won't let me copy the photos over. BTW i was using a Mac.

this have a sd card slot did you try it .

The SD slot is empty and it has onboard storage

try to use the sd card to transfert files from one frames to the other .

I fixed it, I just needed to update the software on the old one to be able to transfer the files.

then you solve everything i suggest you also copy them on a cd or dvd in case the frame goes out again .
