Constant wireless disconnections

Hi,

I am having problems connecting to my wireless network. I am using a TP-LINK822N V3 wireless adapter and it seems to be the only device (Out of 7) having constant disconnections. Resetting the wireless adapter will fix this 100% of the time I have the latest drivers taken from TPLINK's website. Any help with this would be great!

Here is some information I acquired from running the network diagnostic. It almost always gives me "Wireless network has an invalid IP" but sometimes also gives me the message saying the default gateway is unavailable

Is it only your wireless network? Are there other devices having this problem? Is setting up a static IP and manually entering DNS information in the adapter an option? Entering a static IP could help rule out hardware issue. Also, does this adapter only fail to function on your wireless network, or also elsewhere?

Static IP setup: http://portforward.com/networking/static-win7.htm

When you do static IP, you also want to make sure whatever IP address you pick doesn't fall within DHCP range, otherwise, there's a probability the router may assign that same IP to something else on the network. More about that here: https://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20090127195314AA4Fhd6

This is the only device having the issue. I have tried setting up static IP but the problem persists. I have not had the opportunity to try the adapter with other networks or other devices, but I will do so tonight.
