HTPC/storage for videos

Basically a PC to plug into my TV that can both store and display my movie/tv shows etc

just looking for any advice on the parts ive been thinking about

You can use an HTPC case .
I used a silverstone GD05

To record tv you will need a tv tuner card

Your RAM should be rated for 1.5 volt or less

A good quality 350 psu will work fine

dont you want mini ITX version of the build above?

AMD APU loves faster ram

I been tossing between m-ITX and m-ATX and can't really decided this is really my first venture into smaller PCs as usually my main PCs just go for pure power and speed
