New gaming rig, fps est would be nice

Gtx 780 msi twin frozr 3gb.
I7 4770k OCed at 4.3ghz.
Liquid cooling.
750w 80+ gold psu.
Maximus vii hero.
16gb 2400mhz hyperX beast ram.
120gb SSD
1tb HDD
Windows 7 pro (64 bit)
bitfenix shinobi-xl-w.

I wanted to know what my new rig could run and fps est would be nice for games like mass effect 1/2, bio-shock, bio-shock infinite, AC4, Star Wars knights of the old republic 1 and 2, far cry 3, ect ect.

all of those are old and your setup is top end so your fps will probably be the refresh rate of your monitor, far cry is the most difficult but you dont have any worries

That is assuming you are talking 1080p not like 4k

Oh... I was more so thinking 720p gaming but if my system can handle 1080 that's greater. Oh and I use a 60hz @1080p or 85hz @720p

That PC would easily handle all the games you listed at ultra settings, 1080p, 60 fps.
Or 85 fps at 720p.
Either way, although I'd recommend 1080p 60 fps instead of 720p 85 fps.
