strange problem in GA-G41mt-S3 motherboards

First of all I would like to say "Hello!" to all tomshardware members.
This is my first thread in here.

i have a strange problem with my motherboards

i Am a stock hardware seler in my country
last week we send 10 (GA-G41mt-D3 ) motherboars to our customer
and after that our customer called me and tell's that motherboards have an strange problem
the problem is :
when we want to use 2.6 GHz or higher cpu's, motherboard doesn't work

even cpu's not going hot

but when he tryed with 2.4GHZ or lower cpu like "e2160" and E6550" the boards working corectly
he tryed many cpu's like E8400 ' E5700 ' e5300 ' E8300 ...
but the problem not fixed yet

and now he return the motherboard's to us

i use dibuger card on boards and dibuger show "FF" or "_ _ "

i tryed update bios but the problem not fixed

the onliest thing i could recommend is that you downgrade your bios to the stock bios, but since there are no upgrades/downgrades, you can skip this. plug out the power cord, (if available) turn off your power supply, take out the bios battery, wait 30 seconds and put it back in. turn the psu back on and plug the powercord back in. CHANGE NOTHING IN YOUR BIOS, but skip the setup and boot the operating system. shut it down, and replace the cpu with the 2.6 ghz one. if that doesn't work, i would like to know if you tried multiple 2.6 ghz, and which ones you tried. good luck!
