Key board + Mouse ...Wireless vs Wired

Whats up guys! Almost finished w/my PC build and now I just need a keyboard and mouse suggestion.

Im wondering if one can really tell the difference if there is any at all between the response speed of a wired keyboard/mouse vs a wireless keyboard/mouse?

And my last question is...any suggestions on an either wired or wireless - keyboard and mouse?...doesnt have to be a bundle but Im on a budget and would like the total to equal $100 max.
I saw a Cooler master mouse and keyboard bundle that was like $40 bucks and it looks pretty nice! And input?

I don't think there's a difference in response speed , but I prefer wired just because you don't have to buy batteries

Wow I didnt even think about batteries lol. Do they usually take AA though? I dont think itd be a hassle for me even w/batteries.

That is a great deal. However, my apologies I failed to specify...I'd like a more polygonal and edgy keyboard as opposed to that Logitec you showed me that was more of a curvey keyboard
