Does a 'SuperClocked' GPU (e.g. EVGA Titan Black Superclocked) Have a shortened life-time than a non-superclocked card?

If its factory overclocked it will last the same, since they are tested to run at a maximum X temperature . If it is a manual overclock with poor cooling you will shorten its lifespan.
