I think you probably will be good. I play titanfall with a 770 which is basically the same as 280x and my fps is permantly at 60fps

Titanfall isn't a much cpu intensive, so you would be fine but i think that u should get a more powerful cpu as the gpu is 280x and therefore there is a high chance of bottlenecking in some cpu intensive games. i don't think that you intend to play only Titanfall, do you?

Titanfall is not the most optimized game, but it has gotten a lot better with the last updates/expansion just don't expect to max it, the game doesn't actually look that different, I now have it maxed @ 1080p with my i7/780ti but when I had my 670 I could not max it.

Both of those games are Nvidia games and feature exclusive graphics settings that will only be available on an Nvidia card. COD: Ghosts features advanced GPU accelerated PhysX that will require something like the GTX 770 to properly enable the full effects.
