1- Best compatible motherboard

2- Best compatible cooling system (both fan & smps)

3- Best compatible graphics card

4- How much RAM required

5- How much TB of hdd required (if ssd please inform)

6- which cabinet to use

Solution
here's the build:
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3OIvj; I haven't added the monitor and keyboard and mice.

Do i need to do another one(intel based) ?
Do u need me to do the build in INR i.e., from flipkart/snapdeal?

Why not get an 8350 or 8320? You could always overclock it, if you wanted to.

1- There are many great motherboards. I really need to know your other hardware before I recommend a motherboard.
2- Best cooling system really depends on your case.
3- Any PCI graphics card should do. GTX 780ti is best.
4- 32GB is the maximum RAM
5- Any size storage will work. 256GB SSD's are best.

First of all, why are not getting a fx8350/8320 or the 4670k/4770. I'm telling this because the 9590 is rated a TDP of 220W which is kinda horrible. And if you intend to buy the 9590 u would need very good cooling and at least 16gigs of ram(32 would be better) and a beastly gpu like the R9 290x/780Ti to unleash the full potential of the cpu. For the PSU(smps) i'd say go for corsair Ax860i.
For the mobo,we need to know your budget. and which site would you prefer: newegg/amazon/flipkart ?

Sorry, I had to go.
Overclocking means running the CPU at a higher wattage and speed that it was intended to run at. It voids the warranty. I would not recommend this to a beginner.
I'm glad to see you got the help you needed!

Why do you need a UPS? I have actually heard bad things about the batteries exploding or starting on fire. I would recommend a Belkin surge suppressor. I have this one, and it is great. It was about half that price when I bought it ($21). You don't need to buy this particular model, but I would get a surge suppressor, not a UPS.
