Will I Get Monitor Issues?

I'm going build a gaming PC soon and I have a 1600x900 monitor will I have any issues gaming or just surfing the web with a GTX 770 on my current monitor?

I don't think you will get any issues with that monitor. If you experience frame drops in games however your cpu may be the problem. Make sure you unpark your cores

If you want to game at 1080p and/or have the money for it - I, personally, would upgrade.

These are high end parts. It is a rare thing to happen I think so probably not just added that in in case you had any frame rate issues
