Full specs are: intel 4670k @4.2ghz
8gb RAM
msi gtx 760 2gb

just wondering if it will play on ultra with no issues or has there been any performance issues arising?

seen as in fairly new to pc gaming and the last game i bought was ghosts which was so poorly optimized i ended up buying an xbox one to play it on,

so the question is will it run smooth on my 760 ultra or should i just buy it for the xbox one?

It will run smooth on the 760 ultra settings 45/60FPS, and better than an xbox one. COD was a failure so don't worry 760 is a good card.

I recon it should do just fine on your pc
the recommended specs are an i7 920 and gtx 460 and yours are far better than that. If you play on 1 monitor you should be fine
according to a video I watched it runs a 60fps and sometimes has frame drops to 30fps or micro stuttering due to poor optimization but 30fps is still playable
