Short answer: Not worth it.

Long answer:
You have an integrated chipset or iGPU, not a real graphics card. That means it uses your RAM as if it was VRAM, and is much slower generally.
The only way to improve your 'VRAM' would be to buy more, faster RAM.
Even then, however, you won't get very good performance in games since all RAM is slower than real VRAM and your chipset isn't meant for much gaming.
