They are good, but I would recommend EVGA for their costumer support and warranty.

EVGA.- Costumer Support, Warranty
MSI.- Great quality at a cheaper price
Gigabyte.- Best Cooling

They all perform about the same, just pick what best suits you.

if you are going to go with the AMD side, I'd get Sapphire Vapor-x, or ASUS DirectCU 2. I'm currently using 2x Gigabyte 7950's in corssfire, cant say i'm that impressed with cooling/noise ratio.

3 fans doesn't always mean better cooling ;) in the summer my pc is in air condition room 20c. during winter, it doesnt get hot, so its not a problem, i have plenty of airflow too in my case too .

Just wanted to point out that AC4 is a GPU accelerated PhysX game, so maximum settings won't be available with an AMD card. The same goes for Watch Dogs, which features several Nvidia exclusive graphics settings. Otherwise, I like the Asus TOP series and wouldn't hesitate to place that model at #1 on my list.

You will not have access to the settings for PhysX and TXAA. You might have access to HBAO+, but your performance hit will be disproportionate and likely not worth it to enable. To me, by definition, that's not truly "full, maximum settings" if you are unable to turn on all the settings.

wtf, i posted a reply yesterday but it didnt post... ?
> PhysX is not a big problem for me, i dont bother not having some extra particles/fog that i wont even notice they are missing :)
im also looking at the GTX 770 as cabudinen suggested .

update>
I actually started re-thinking about it .the gtx has more benefits than then R9 , PhysX gforce expriemce, 3d vision ,Adaptive V-Sync.....and of course 2gb vs 3gb ..

Physx is really a hack in rather than detail enhancement. And in some games it can be enabled in CPU
so that logic is just fanboyism. Geforce experience really gains you nothing. Manual tweaking will generally give you
the best balance of settings in most cases.

3D vision is nice if you have/want a 3D monitor because AMD 3D sucks
Adaptive vsync can be used on AMD cards with RadeonPRO.

If you have a monitor that supports it, NVidia does have gsync

i just installed The Asus R9. the only bad thing, its the ridiculous coilwhine , its insane!! i also get screen tearing in crysis.(theres no Vsync option) which didnt happen before wiht my amdxfx 6850...fucking shit

Either the game or CCC should have the option to enable vsync
