I have a custom built PC that's been working fine; however, today it started acting up. The system is running Win 8.1 and packed with an Intel Core i7 2600K, nVidia GTX 280 1GB, 8GB DDR3 PC16000, ASUS P67Z68 Deluxe, 2x Corsair Force Series GT 120GB SSD's in RAID-0, and 2x Dell Ultrasharp U2410 24" displays.

A few weeks ago, I updating my graphics drivers and it caused both screens to go black AT the login screen. I rolled back to an older version, and all has been good. However, today, the power went out for a moment. The system came back on and I logged in, all was good. I started opening programs I use (Chrome, Skype, TeamSpeak) and my displays both started flickering with some random red/blue pattern. Moments later, the system BSOD'd and shut off. I rebooted, logged in, and got nothing but a black screen.

Used my Windows USB Flash Drive to open a console and boot into Safe Mode, everything worked fine. I uninstalled the drivers and did a "clean install" afterwards. Rebooted, and it still did not work. I then used system restore and restored to a point 2 days ago, rebooted and everything seemed to be working. I began to open programs and everything malfunctioned on me again.

Not sure what's going on.

Here is what the screen is doing:
