i have an alienware m14x from rent-a-center. i tried to update my graphics driver today and in the process of using the nvidia website to update my geforce gt 750m graphics card with the driver update from the nvidia site, my graphics card has crashed off my laptop. the nvidia control panel is still there but it will not open for me to be able to change my graphics card. i am stuck using the intel hd 4600 integrated card. does anyone know how i can get this problem fixed so i can get my high performance gaming grachics processor back?

no i can not, that's the bad part. i didn't know i had to set a system restore point in order to do one until about an hour ago. by which time, it was way too late. and if it helps, it's i'm running on windows 8.

uninstall your drivers first, then go to second link
select your driver from the site i gave you a link to and download and install that
