Good Open World/Open World Racing Games

Hey everyone! I wanted to know if there were any free open world/open world racing games. I know that there's APB Reloaded, but I want to know if there are other games as well. A demo would be fine too, as long as it is a good game. I will be playing on my PC and not any console. Thanks in advance

It's not 'free', but Fuel is an open world racing game, and it's only like $3 on Amazon. And it has a demo.

Red Faction: Guerrilla is on Amazon for a $5 download. It's primarily a 3rd person shooter, but vehicles play a pretty large role as well, in chasing down couriers, escaping long enough to get alert levels down, and mostly in destruction.

Is it an open-world game? I really appreciate your suggestion, but I want an open-world game. Do you know some good ones? Is APB Reloaded good?
