TLC is good in SSD?

Solution
TLC generally doesn't have as much write endurance as MLC (which is standard in consumer SSDs). But it's typically cheaper per GB, and for consumer usage the write endurance is still sufficient.

The Crucial M500 and Samsung 840 Evo are both reliable. The 840 Evo is somewhat faster.

Usually SSD die because of many reasons, but the wearing out of NAND is very seldom and something SMART will tell.
More common are firmware errors, or instant broken NANDs, which usually occur when people say there SSD is dead.
But the mentioned SSDs are reliable.
