is this gpu good and stable??

hello i wanted to buy a new gpu but unfortunately i ahve a tight budget
after a long research i have thought
that i would buy a nvidia gpu which is a ggigabyte gtx 650oc is this card stable and good for playing all types of games and plz check that if my specs are compatible to run it??
i3 2120 3.3 ghz
6gb ddr3 1333 twinmos ram
ASUS P8 H61mlx3 r2.0
psu is corsair 450w gaming just bought it new
samsung led 1366x768 18.5 inch
apart from this card there comes some card within my budget those are r7 260x or 250x or hd7770oc gigabyte edition
so finally which is the best car5d for my system plz suggest the perfect one

No, its quite low end.
The 260x would be much better.

If the 750 Ti is in budget, i would get that.

I bought a geforce card a few weeks ago for a build i had to do for my boss, It was awful, wasn't worth the trouble, with a GPU go ahead and spend $50 more and get something worth your while, I ended up using the 260X, fantastic card, Just have to have a powerful PSU.

Are you sure it wasnt just a bad gpu like a gt 610? Not worth tarring all nvidia gpus with the same brush, both companies do low end gpus.

And the 260x doesnt need a powerful PSU, its a low-mid range card at best, it uses about 75w avg in games, maxing out at about 100w.
