Hey I'm building my first gaming pc and I was wondering what would be a good spec pc I would like to run bf4 on ultra. Also I would like to have only one nvdia card and liquid cooling and as future proof as possible. My budget is $1000-$2000 dollars

When you say liquid cooling, I have two questions:

Are you looking at doing a complete loop? GPU, CPU, etc. (What parts do you want cooled?)
Are you looking at doing a custom loop (With a company such as EKWB or FrozenCPU) or a closed loop cooler, like the Corsair series?

This is a build that uses things such as the Kraken g10 bracket to water cool your GPU, as well as another cooler for your CPU.
