Hi

Am I going to get a better performance on my PS3 or my PC (R9 270X)

Definitely the PC. The R9 270X is about 5x as fast as a PS3's graphics card.

Your CPU matters as well, but the PS3 CPU is pretty weak now as well, so I doubt it'll be an issue.
