No, you cannot OC using a H87 motherboard, it has to be Z87 or Z97

Even then, there's no guarantee that it will overclock that high. I have an i5 k series CPU and am able to only hit 4.2ghz, regardless of temps or voltage. Just hope for some luck from the Intel slot machine. ;)

That Motherboard choice I think is good as well as I've had good luck with Asrock, Asus, Gigabyte and MSI boards and the z97 chipset is used.
