Win7 x64 bit is slow at gaming

Hello everyone, Im having a problem with the win7 x64 bit that its running the games slow sometimes i cant aim at FPS games I have never seen that problem with the x32 bit version, So im asking if Win7 x32 is better for gaming than x64 bit one or not? Keep in mind that New games such as COD ghosts or wolfestine wont work on the x32 bit
Heres my specs :
Intel Core i3 2120 @ 3.30GHz 56 °C
Sandy Bridge 32nm Technology

8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 665MHz

hp 7500 (1024x768@75Hz)
2048MB ATI AMD Radeon HD 6570 (ATI AIB)

931GB Western Digital WDC WD10EZRX-00A8LB0 ATA Device (SATA)

Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. H61M-S2P

no both version of the OS will run the game the same way.

same spec pc.
the 64bit OS just needs more memory.. so if you run the game at 32bit OS it will be fine, but if you run the game at 64bit OS without upgrading the ram, it will lag.

So what do i do guys, Which one of these drivers need to be upgraded to have a fine gaming experience and smooth gameplay, or its something wrong with my OS version Thanks!
