Pentium E2200 vs Core 2 E7500 is it worth the upgrade?

i can get the E7500 for about 23$ but here's the catch, the FSB of E7500 is 1066Mhz and that's the MAX my MB can handle it (even with overclock) and i'm pretty sure of it because i overclocked my E2200 up to 3Ghz which is now running an FSB of 1091Mhz so will there be a noticeable difference in games like NFS:the run and BF3 between the non overclocked E7500 and a OC'd E2200 or maybe i should just wait for a Quad core with 1066Mhz to show up.

My rig:
FSP-ATX350PNF 350W PSU
Asus P5B-mx
4Gb 440Mhz RAM
Gigabyte GTX 550 Ti OC edition
Pentium E2200 @3Ghz stock volt.

are they randomly listed or should i first look at the Core 2 Extreme?
  5. You are going to have to probably look on Ebay to find any of them. I just pulled them out of the CPU support list.
