Hello, my Seagate Backup Plus 1.5TB Hard disk is not read by my system.( Win 7 64bit) Though the light appears on the hard disk, still it doesnt show up. The hard disk doesnt appear in any of the software tools viz Easus Recovery or Active partition recovery or the sea tools itself. Can you help me on this?
