You should be able to play everything on at least medium if you put a 265x in there, although watch dogs you might have to play on low (it's not even out yet though so it's hard to say)

APU is not made for gaming. If you're going with AMD, I highly recommend FX processors namely 6300/8320/8350.

New games like Watchdogs look very good on low.

I put Wolfenstein down to low for LOLz, and I could barely tell the difference between that and Ulta (with everything maxed out). Both were at 1080p. You'll be fine.

Because watch dogs apparently requires 4 titans in SLI and a 64 core 9ghz processor to run on recommended settings...

...well, maybe not that much, but it is apparently a lot. As I said, it's not even out yet though so you may find it runs just fine on medium or better with your setup.

I see what you mean, however what is the issue if I have 3.9ghz but it's a APU and the graphic card is disabled?
