Psycadelic colours when logging into windows

Changed my 7850 for a 660ti the installation went fine but problems started after I installed the latest nvidia drivers, After the installation I rebooted adn then I got some screen corrution almost like when you overclock your gpu to much, After this it went back to normal giving me a message that the "Windows Nvidia kernal driver has stopped responding" I tried to start a game but the performance was bad so I tried to istall the latest beta drivers from nvidia, after I had rebooted it goes well until Im logging into windows then it starts to show psycadelic colours almost like some one had trown "liquid rainbow" all over my screen and then it goes black and the screen returns to normal.I tried to luch a game and the performance was good and everything seems to work but I still get those trippy colours every time I reboot..

Try this (after once again removing all the drivers): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rD9IgfuQqXg

Monitor your GPU temps and (all of the) voltages when the error happens (HWMonitor is good for this).

If none of that helps, the only thing I can come up with is doing a clean install of Windows.
