Looking for Ram upgrade

Good morning,

I recently upgraded my OS from 32 bit to 64 bit, so i am looking forward to upgrade my current 4gb ram ( 1x4 dimmsticks ) to 8gb ( 2 x 4 if possible ), i wanna know if this ram will be compatible.

1 quick question, why there;s games that ask for 4gb but they bearly use 2gb? and will i notice any performance gain multi-tasking wise? thanks in advance for your replies.

this board has 4memory slots? 2 of them for DDR3 and 2 of them for DDR2?

if this is the case you will gain little going from DDR2 800 to DDR3 1066............ which is the max the board will support.

the odd thing about memory........ everything being the same..........the more you have the more your system seems to use. will you use more than four? I don't know. will 8 be beneficial with multi tasking? I don't know. depends on what you're doing.

I currently have ddr3 memory, i just want to upgrade the the amount of ram, yes i;ve 4 ram slots

I have to assume that the ram will work. will it run at 1333, have to wait and see.
