I would get a better PSU. Names like Seasonic, XFX and Corsair (not the CX series, though) are good PSU manufacturers.
Can you afford a better motherboard? Is this a motherboard you already have? (i. e. you are upgrading the system and want to know if you need a new motherboard.)
The GTX 660 is better than the 750.

CoolerMaster has about 9 different models of 500W PSU's and their quality is all over the board (model dependent). Which CM PSU model are you referring to here? a link may be best (500W is adequate)
The GTX 660 is still a very potent graphics card which should get you decent settings for most gaming. This list shows where it stands in relation to other cards http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-graphics-card-review,3107-7.html

The CM 500 Thunder (actually, there are two models of Thunder 500 by two different manufacturers) should perform adequately. You are no doubt aware that it is considered a "budget" PSU so you aren't boasting the highest quality but I would expect it (whichever of the two models) to work for your needs
