Solution

An i5, such as in i5-4440, which costs $175, will outperform the FX-8320/8350 in nearly every task (besides video editing and serious multitasking)...
The 8320 has 2 more cores than the 6300 for games that can utilise them, therefore it will be a little faster in those titles. Note that most games can't use more than 4 cores, and those that do don't do it efficiently.

The 8320 is essentially the 8350 but is "binned" lower, so it has 200MHz lower turbo speed (negligible difference). However it's much cheaper and overclocks to virtually the same point, hence why between the 3 it would be the best choice.

Personally I'd go intel, but it's up to you.

I agree on the intel part. I might sound like a broken record to some on here, but 1230 v3 would be my pick. Do you already have the GPU? If so, what other parts do you have that could be reused?

Hey OP: I would like to throw some lights on this thread.

-> What's your motherboard? If it supports AM3+, you better choose FX 8320 which is considered to be pretty good on high end gaming. But if your mobo has intel chipset, I recommend you to discuss with logainofhades.

-> Games like battlefield 4 will have its features full-fledged in AMD FX 8320. Also, if you're going to work on photoshop or video editing, FX will be the best choice.

-> When it comes to AMD FX, you can be satisfied that you're paying a premium for the performance.

-> On the other hand, most of the games work on per-core performance in which Intel is considered the best. You can see the youtube videos for knowing the differences between these two (AMD and INTEL) processors in terms of Games. Intel has less power consumption as well when compared to FX.

In my personal experience, I see the difference in gaming performance between AMD FX and Intel Core processors yet it's not much. For instance, If you are able to get 55 FPS in AMD FX, you will achieve +5 to +8 FPS (in same game) higher in INTEL. So it's all in your decision on what to buy. Good Luck!

Edit: I have AMD FX 6300 with M5A99FX Pro R2.0 and R9 270X OC.
I'm able to play games with ULTRA SETTINGS and as a fact, I have V-SYNC and AA turned on. The performance is awesome. I'm happy with what I have. Soon, I'm going to overclock the processor from which I might gain a lot for what I've paid.

no bro.............my budget is 700USD including these components..........

Oh, lol. Then, don't confuse yourself anymore. Go with FX-8320. Also, my fx 6300 with R9 270X can handle upcoming games for another 4 years.

Update 1: The fx processors would become more efficient when it is overclocked.

is overclocking safe and how much power will it consume............i only have 600w psu

It is recommended to have 650 W PSU for overclocking. If you're new to it, you could ignore it. FX 8320 will be very much efficient in which overclocking is not really necessary. Have the same PSU you've got right now and don't worry about overclocking.

Update 1: I was learning something today that I want you to know -

I had a question in my head, and it is as follows--
Which combo is better?
FX 6300 & R9 280X
or
FX 8320 & R9 270X

Expert recommendation: FX 6300 & R9 280X. So what I have come to know is that FX 6300 will be suffice and R9 280X will play very well in this processor. (Note: It's a high end graphics card)

All those models, are the same chip. Just binned different. Your basically just paying AMD to overclock your chip for you. Plus once you get to overclocking/9000 series you'll need a better cooler which will run you another $100.
