you could certainly cut costs in a few places.
you could save $10 getting hte m5a99x mobo, it's the same just without two x16 lanes... which you only need if you have like two 780s or titans... and obvoiusly you dont :0
why such an expensive case for a budget build?
if it were me, i'd get a $60 SSD and a $50 1tb hard drive instead of what you have there.

You are paying too much for the power supply, and I would personally buy a western digital caviar blue 1TB to save yourself more money.
If you could get a better GPU you will have better game performance (will also need a larger PSU probably depending on the card.

Screw getting a blu ray drive. If you want to watch videos you need will need a program which adds about $100ish or so and isn't guaranteed to stay up to date with new brays, you can always scour for the free stuff but again there isn't a magic bullet for all. If you only plan to rip then sure.
Other than that just trimmed some fat here and there on personal preference. Cheers.
