Windows time didnt show the exact time even with sync option enabled

Hi, can someone help me fixing this. Im currently running windows 8.1. Even i put sync option enabled, it keep showing the wrong time. Thanks.

Where are you comparing it to? It's possible that the computer is more exact than the other clock.

Find where you set the timeserver, and there should be a button to force an update.

Im currently on GMT +8 Kuala Lumpur. But, i did push that button anyway. Somehow it suddenly changing from the exact time to wrong. I mean the time reversed itself. How?

You may have set it to the wrong time zone.

How far out is it? An integer number of hours?

I dont think so. Im pretty sure i set at the right time zone. It keep changing by 30 minutes late or over, even an hour. I still confused.
