How to optimize the airflow in my NZXT Phantom 410

I am trying to figure out the best way to set up my PC's case/radiator fans to keep the PC cooled properly. I have been using the stock CPU cooler that came with my i7 4770k and have been having high temperatures/noise. I purchased a Corsair H100i and am preparing to install it. The instructions in the box are very unclear about the optimum way to utilize airflow and I am finding conflicting advice all over the internet.

So my question is: How exactly should the radiator and case fans be situated to keep the airflow and temperature optimized? I am using the stock case fans that came with the NZXT Phantom 410 as of now. This includes 3 120mm fans that are on the front, top, and back of the case. I will have to move the top fan to place the radiator. One area that I am really confused on is how to have the fans on the radiator setup. I have been reading that the fans should be setup to either push or pull the cool air from outside the case through the radiator. This contradicts what I've always heard, which is that the fans on the top/back of the case need to exhaust the hot air from inside the case.

Should the fans on the radiator be pulling air out of the case, up through the radiator? Or should they be pulling air down through the radiator into the case? How should I have the other case fans positioned to compliment the orientation of the radiator fans? Since I already have the fans on the front/back, What should I do with the fan that I have to move from the top of the case? I have been thinking that It should probably go on the side of the case in order to exhaust the hot air off of the GPU (GTX 770, if it makes a difference).

I really appreciate any help that somebody can give me. I thought I'd be able to find more about this topic by just browsing.

On a side note, I am looking to replace the case fans (they can get noisy) some time in the near future. Any suggestions?

Solution
the only place you can mount that is the top as exhaust.

you defintely want the fans that come with it in "push" - blowing air into the radiator.
many people add fans to the back of the rad in 'pull' just for a little extra. the push is the most important.

honestly you'd be better off with a 120mm liquid unit that you could mount as intake... but since you already have it... what you'd do is this:

-240mm rad top mounted. at least push, push/pull if you have the fans and hardware to make it work. (not sure what the h100i comes with)
-front fan as intake
-side fan as intake (front and side will get fresh air to the GPU)
-top/rear fan is normally exhaust.. you want to flip it and use as intake (blow fresh air in under the radiator)...

you will also want a decmiflex magnetic dust filter to slap on the back of your case
